Description (English)
IBM Datacap is a document capture and processing software for the United States International Business Machine (IBM) that captures data in paper or electronic documents from a variety of sources (e.g. scanners, e-mails, faxes, etc.) and converts them into editable and searchable digital formats, which are widely used in the areas of document management in enterprises and business process automation. There is a security loophole in IBM Datacap version 9.1.7, version 9.1.8 and version 9.1.9, which stems from the lack of security attributes and may lead to the disclosure of evidence.
