Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtec is a web-based protection software package for Palo Alto Networks in the United States. The software provides firewall monitoring and threat prevention. Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtec had a security loophole, which stemmed from insufficient certification of certificates and could lead to the installation of malicious root certificates.
