Asn1c is an ASN.1 compiler for Lev Walkin’s personal developer. Asn1c 0.9.29 and previous versions have a security loophole, which stems from the UPER decoder’s incorrect implementation of INTEGER restrictions, which may lead to the processing of malicious inputs.
