Description (English)
Openbabel is an Open Babel open-source chemical toolbox software. Openbabel 3.1.1 and previous versions contain a security loophole that originates from the spilling of a pile of buffer zones in the central function of the document/src/formats/chemkinformat.cpp, ChemKinFormat::CheckSpecies, which could lead to local attacks.
