Description (English)
Liferay Portal and Liferay DXP are products of the United States company Liferay. Liferay Portal is a portal solution based on J2EE. The programme uses technologies such as EJB and JMS, and can be used as a Web-based workspace, corporate collaboration platform, social networking etc. Liferay DXP is a collaborative platform for digital experience. Liferay Portal and Liferay DXP had a misdirection of resource management, which stemmed from the failure to limit the number of objects that Headless API had requested to return, and could lead to a service denial attack by long-range assailants through the execution of requests to return a large number of targets. The following products and versions were affected: Liveray Portal 7.4.3.99 and previous versions and Liveray DXP 2023.Q3.1 to 2023.Q3.4, 7.4 GA to update 92, 7.3 GA to update 35.
