WordPress plugin ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticking System 3.3.5 and previous versions have a security loophole, which stems from the lack of capacity of the eh crm ticket general function to check and share random numbers that are exposed to low-privileged users, which may lead to changes to the global WSDesk settings.
